![]() We appreciate your interest in Fatman Fabrications and our line of hot rod chassis products! Our mission is to develop parts that allow you to bring the handling and ride quality of you vintage hot rod up to the safety and comfort standards of today. We all love the look of these fine cars and trucks, but want the drivability of modern cars. We cover a vast variety of vehicle from the late 1920’s to the 1980’s. When a new application is being investigated, we first examine the stock suspension to see how it can be improved. For many people who want an economical upgrading approach to building their hot rod, this concept works well. Then we go back and look at ways to completely replace the vintage designs with more modern components. This may include our Strut Kits for Unibody cars, Frame stubs, and complete new chassis. When the project is an attempt to make the car all it could be, this is often the better way to go. Our polished stainless control arms are an example of how a fully functional suspension can have show quality appearance without sacrificing practicality. We fully embrace Airride Technolgies product line and can offer that option for nearly any vehicle. You will find general pages for the many different brands of pre-musclecar era vehicles in the first 18 pages of the catalog. Page 23-38 reveal our “G-Tech” line of products for the ’55-64 Chevy, ’67-81 Camaro, ’68-79 Nova, ’64-87 Chevelle, Malibu, Monte Carlo, and the ’64-73 Ford Mustangs, Falcons, Fairlanes and Torinos. The G-Tech line is all about getting these fine vehicles to have chassis performance in keeping with the vastly upgraded power plants and tires of today. Please see our website and read thru the text expanding the catalog pages for more in depth info than can fit on a catalog page or a magazine ad! Please also feel free to ask further questions via email, phone, or at a show. All the tech staff are experienced rodders and can find the answers you need. Between our 40 plus employees, we personally own over 20 hot rods of varying types. We have been building hot rods and parts since the 70’s, and that pool of experience is always at your service! We’ll be pleased to personally guide you thru a plan that will produce the hot rod you’ve dreamed of for years! |
