Product Terms and Conditions
Missing and Damaged Goods:
Inspect all packages upon receipt.
Any problem (damages, shortages, etc.) must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
We do our best to ensure that you receive your orders correctly, but it is your responsibility to check your orders to be sure you receive all your parts.

Incorrectly shipped parts:
Test fit all parts before painting, coating, or modifying! Fatman Fabrications will not be responsible for replacing parts shipped incorrectly if they have been modified from their original condition.
Replacement or warranty parts will only be shipped UPS ground or USPS.

Returns:
All returns require a returned goods authorization (RGA) number. You must contact your Fatman Fabrications sales rep prior to returning any parts. Parts returned without an RGA will not be credited.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders cancelled prior to production but already processed are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee. No returns after 90 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty:
Fatman Fabrications has always prided itself on standing behind our products. Our warranty covers non-wear items for the lifetime of products manufactured by us. We offer a 5-year, 50K mile warranty on wear items.
These warranties extend to the original purchaser only, proof of purchase is required. Defective parts are subject to inspection and must show no signs of modification or abuse and must have been properly installed and maintained. Replacement parts will be supplied, no refunds on any defective parts.
Wear items include bushings, ball joints, rack and pinions and other items. This warranty does not cover brake parts.
Terms and Conditions of Purchase:
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may occur. We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms.
Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
