We continually listen and watch the hot rod market to find new items needed by rodders. We are unique as a major manufacturer in that we still have an active installation shop. By doing work for customers, we are able to develop new products and improve existing ones. The inevitable variations between productions cars are investigated in our desire to be able to answer the same questions you encounter on your own projects. We feel very strongly that we should be able to answer nearly any question you have as part of our Tech Support. Using our own products is the best way to anticipate those questions.

We take an unusual engineering approach to any new application we are considering. A dual approach to refining the stock suspension or replacing it completely provides choices tuned to your vision and budget. We analyze the geometry of the stock front suspension, finding its strengths and weaknesses. Many of the 50's and 60's suspension were designed for a time with entirely different demands than today, due to better roads, better tires, higher power and speeds, and much greater traffic density. A suspension that was OK 30 years ago may not be up to today's standards. If that import sedan ahead of you can stop and turn quicker than your favorite hot rod, emergency maneuvers on the interstate can be pretty stressful and dangerous!

Relatively simple bolt on parts such as rack and pinion steering, tubular control arms, dropped spindles, disc brakes, better shocks and sway bars will often get the job done for a real good driver. Geometry and performance improvements can get you out of trouble handling, and get you the hot rod stance that we all want. Plus, the addition of these trick parts will lend a much improved appearance to a basically stock chassis. A nice driver with reasonable size wheels and a 400 HP engine will be very satisfying and affordable taking this bolt on approach.

However, some rodder's standard of performance and style demands more than the stock chassis can deliver. Asking a '66 Nova or Mustang designed for skinny nylon tires and a 110 HP six cylinder to accept 500+ horsepower and sticky 8" rubber is an exercise in futility. You are just way past what the original engineers planned for. In cases like these, we offer complete new suspension and frame systems designed to take the forces involved in performance envelope stretching hot rods. Improved geometry gets you the handling and hookup, with trick style and stance for show field performance as well.

New products undergo testing on several vehicles before release. We do scientific analysis as well as road testing in our effort to produce a properly functioning design. The new items you see listed in this section are proudly presented as solutions to your hot rod needs!
